About Resolve Bureau
Resolve Bureau provides business process setup services for businesses worldwide. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Resolve Bureau.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about our services. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with us.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve delivery capacity or oblige either party to proceed. A project begins only after the parties agree the scope, deliverables, exclusions, fees, milestones, acceptance criteria, dates and applicable terms in writing.
A project-specific proposal, order form, marketplace agreement or contract will take priority over these website terms for that project.
Website information
Service descriptions, example fees and planning windows are general information, not a binding quote or promise for an unseen project. Feasibility, price and timing depend on the brief, inputs, access, risks and agreed scope. Website content is not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Demonstrations
Public work previews use selected fictional or labelled historical excerpts. They illustrate the approach and presentation rather than provide complete working materials. These previews do not represent a live integration, client result, production environment, security certification or guarantee that a similar solution is suitable for a particular business.
Your responsibilities
If you contact us about a project, you are responsible for providing accurate information, having authority to share the materials supplied, identifying confidentiality or regulatory requirements, and avoiding unnecessary personal or sensitive data. You must not ask us to use unlawfully obtained data or infringe another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, design, copy and demonstration are owned by or licensed to Resolve Bureau and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, modify, sell, republish or commercially exploit substantial site content without written permission. Ownership and licence terms for client deliverables are agreed separately for each project.
Payments and third-party services
Project payment terms, taxes, refunds and cancellation rights are set out in the applicable project agreement or marketplace rules. Payment processors, email services, hosting providers and external websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the website or our operating requirements change. The current version will appear here. Questions can be sent to hello@theresolvebureau.com.
