PRIVACY
Clear about your data.
This notice explains how Resolve Bureau handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us or work with us.

Who we are
Resolve Bureau provides business process setup services for businesses worldwide. For questions about this notice or your personal data, email hello@theresolvebureau.com.
What we collect
- Contact and business details you provide, such as your name, company and work email.
- Enquiry and project information, including your objective, budget range, deadline, files and correspondence.
- Transaction and billing records needed to issue invoices, receive payments and maintain business records. Payment-card details are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored on this website.
- Technical information processed by services that operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and request logs.
The website enquiry form does not submit data to a Resolve Bureau database. It prepares an email in your browser. Nothing is sent until you choose to open and send that email. The prepared brief includes an enquiry reference and available source, campaign and public landing-page labels so we can match an email to the route that led to it. You can review or remove these details before sending.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare and perform agreed work, communicate with clients, manage invoices and payments, protect our systems, meet legal or record-keeping obligations, and improve how our services operate.
When we share data
We may share only what is reasonably needed with service providers supporting email, website hosting, document storage, payments, accounting or project delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or with your instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements that offer appropriate protection for the information involved.
Cookies and local browser use
Resolve Bureau does not currently use advertising cookies or first-party analytics on this website. The fictional example controls and enquiry form run locally in your browser. Campaign labels can be carried in links between public pages without cookies or device storage. They exclude names, email addresses and the full referring URL. Form entries stay in the current page’s memory unless you choose to download them or include them in an email. Website infrastructure and external font delivery may still process ordinary technical request data needed to provide and secure the pages.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active or potential business relationship, dispute handling, security, or legal and accounting requirements. We then delete, anonymise or securely archive it as appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about the personal data we hold, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will appear on this page with its update date.
